A near perfect copy of the 1789 edition of the Letters of St. Boniface, 'The Apostle to the Germans". In Latin, 382pp in Folio size.Dozens of publishing illustrations throughout, finials, dividers, crests, etc. Virtually NO Foxing. Contemporary splattered boards on paper with lather binding on spine and corners, some minor rubbing. Pages are flexible and unstained. Spine in near perfect condition, some very small spots, no cracking. Seven raised bands, engraved and gilded title. Recommended for collections of Religion, Medieval, Latin, or German History.
